Yes. 100%. Our classes are designed to be invitational and adaptable, no matter your experience, fitness level, or background. You don’t have to “get it right”—you just have to show up as you are. We’ll meet you there.

We always prefer pre-resgistrations; however, as long as there is space in the class, you can just show up. Pre-registrations help us to plan and prepare and for our most popular classes and events, they guarantee your spot.

Nope. Spiral Studio is gender-expansive, body-affirming, and identity-inclusive. Our doors are open to anyone ready to explore movement as a path toward healing and wholeness.

Sometimes! Our Play & Empower series welcomes children ages 8 & up to attend with a parent. Our weekly classes are open to ages 10 & up with an adult. As long as they are participating, we welcome children to attend with an adult; however, some of our events are for adults only (like, Evolve). There are always exceptions–we love to encourage young people to embrace embodied movement–so just reach out if you’re not sure.

Zoom classes may not appear clearly in the app, but they’re always listed on the web version of fitDEGREE. If you’re having trouble finding or registering for a virtual class, just text us at 207-949-4137 and we’ll get you sorted quickly.
