Workshops & Retreats
Explore yoga in unexpected ways. Our monthly workshops combine instructor expertise beyond the studio — from Internal Family Systems and CliftonStrengths to myofascial release with take-home tools. Each session helps you move, reflect, and grow, and serves as a stepping stone into our upcoming 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Two hours to reset, reconnect, and awaken. Our mini-retreats blend movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, and guided reflection to create a restorative, embodied experience. Leave grounded, spacious, and energized — ready to carry the practice into your life.

Spiral Dance Fitness
An energizing cardio dance experience infused with rhythm, embodiment, and zero pressure to perform. It includes bonus strength work with resistance bands for a full-body workout.
Play & Empower
This series takes the pressure off performance and puts the joy back into movement.
We explore dance forms like belly dance, Afro-Caribbean (Kukuwa®), hip-hop, and modern, celebrating both ancient and contemporary rhythms.
Each class begins with connection and ease. We break down movements together, share tips for comfort and accessibility, and center the experience in feeling—not perfection.
You’ll explore both choreography and free form expression, all in a supportive space that honors diverse cultural traditions and invites you to move with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
We end every session with grounding, stretch, and rest—leaving you feeling empowered, embodied, and renewed.
Spiral Core Strength & Flow
Spiral Core Strength and Flow is a whole-body movement experience that blends dance, yoga, Pilates, and fitness with somatic awareness.
This class focuses on strengthening and softening the hips, glutes, abdominals, and back muscles while grounding and balancing your body for resilience and ease.
Foundations of Movement & Dance
This class is designed for people who are curious about movement—but may feel overwhelmed, intimidated, or left out of traditional dance and fitness spaces. No experience is assumed. Truly.
Throughout class, we’ll build familiarity with basic movement patterns, coordination, and confidence at a manageable pace—without pressure to “keep up,” push through, or get anything “right.” This is developmental, not performative; exploratory, not strenuous.
JourneyDance®
JourneyDance® isn't about steps or performance, it's a practice of listening inward and moving from the inside out. Guided with intention and imagination, each session blends breath, music, metaphor, and free form movement. Each session explores a theme rooted in liberatory practice to help you shake loose what no longer serves and awaken what's asking to emerge.
JourneyDance® is playful and curious, offering movement as medicine; grounding, cathartic, and rooted in joy!
