Yoga

Joyful Morning Flow

An uplifting morning flow to wake the body, build energy, and start your day feeling clear, steady, and empowered.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, meditative practice that uses long-held floor postures to release tension and cultivate stillness.

Nourish: Morning & Evening Yoga Flow

Workshops & Retreats

Explore yoga in unexpected ways. Our monthly workshops combine instructor expertise beyond the studio — from Internal Family Systems and CliftonStrengths to myofascial release with take-home tools. Each session helps you move, reflect, and grow, and serves as a stepping stone into our upcoming 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Two hours to reset, reconnect, and awaken. Our mini-retreats blend movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, and guided reflection to create a restorative, embodied experience. Leave grounded, spacious, and energized — ready to carry the practice into your life.

Spiral Dance Fitness Lab 

This high-energy, all-levels class invites you behind the scenes—while you’re still in the movement. You’ll sweat, groove, and build strength as you explore how a dance fitness class comes together: the music, the flow, the moves, and the experience of guiding a room.

Rooted in a “lab” approach, this is a space to experiment, get curious, and learn by doing. No pressure to teach—just an opportunity to build confidence, deepen your understanding of movement, and connect with your own voice and leadership.

This isn’t a kids’ class—but it is a space where young people are welcome. Ages 8–14 can attend alongside a parent or caregiver, creating a unique opportunity for shared movement, creativity, and confidence across generations.

Spiral Dance Fitness Mentorship Program

The Spiral Dance Fitness Lab Mentorship is an optional pathway for those who want to move beyond participation and explore the art of teaching. Rooted in the same “lab” approach, this program blends embodied practice with real-world tools—supporting you in developing confidence, creativity, and leadership from the inside out.

This isn’t about replicating a formula. It’s about learning how to create, guide, and hold space in a way that is effective, engaging, and true to you.

Belly Dance Play & Empower

This monthly belly dance class takes the pressure off performance and puts the joy back into movement.

Each class begins with connection and ease. We break down movements together, share tips for comfort and accessibility, and center the experience in feeling—not perfection.

You’ll explore both choreography and free form expression, all in a supportive space that honors diverse cultural traditions and invites you to move with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

We end every session with grounding, stretch, and rest—leaving you feeling empowered, embodied, and renewed.​​

JourneyDance®

JourneyDance® isn't about steps or performance, it's a practice of listening inward and moving from the inside out. Guided with intention and imagination, each session blends breath, music, metaphor, and free form movement. Each session explores a theme rooted in liberatory practice to help you shake loose what no longer serves and awaken what's asking to emerge.

JourneyDance® is playful and curious, offering movement as medicine; ​grounding, cathartic, and rooted in joy!

Want less structure, more freedom? Whatever Moves You offers free form dance that kickstarts your week.

Evolve ~ a Movement & Reflection Mini-Retreat

A monthly somatic movement mini-retreat for reflection, connection, and transformation.

Rooted in JourneyDance™ and infused with myth, metaphor, and ritual, each session unfolds through breath, reflective activities, intuitive movement, and intentional rest. You’ll dance through themes and elements that invite you to release, reconnect, and realign with who you’re becoming.
